Clothing at Camp

CLOTHING/SWIM WEAR:

Chanichim (campers) and tzevet (staff) dress in a way that demonstrates respect for the kehillah (community) and our educational environment. Clothing should be tasteful and modest. Clothing with inappropriate words, phrases, or symbols is NOT permitted.

With both Jewish values and camper safety in mind, we would like to ask chanichim to wear swimsuits that provide maximum sun protection. Swim shirts and hats are highly encouraged. Bikini or Speedo-style swimsuits are NOT permitted. We are outside a lot during the day, and the breicha (pool) is no exception. Flip flops are only allowed at the breicha. At all other times, chanichim MUST wear closed-toed shoes.
