Our Summer Staff
One of the things which sets Ramah Day Camp apart is our commitment to excellent staff. Camp is led by experienced professionals, including educators and specialty staff who excel in their professional fields. Our team includes enthusiastic, dedicated young adults who are wonderful Jewish role models.

Counselors
They bring their creativity, talents, experience with children, and passion for Jewish camping to create the best summer for your children. We are committed to providing intensive staff training and mentoring throughout the summer.
Mishlachat
Israeli Staff
Every summer we are proud to host a Mishlachat, a cohort of Israeli emissaries who are either near the end of their army service or recently finished, to work at Ramah Day Camp. Run by the Jewish Agency for Israel (JAFI), the Summer Shlichim Program helps to strengthen the relationship between Americans and Israel. Our Israeli staff work in all areas of camp, and help campers and counselors build a personal connection to Israel and greatly strengthens our Israel education at camp.
Division Heads
Rashei Edah
In addition to our young staff members, many of whom are alumni of Ramah Day Camp or Camp Ramah in the Poconos, we also have an amazing team of Senior Staff, Rashei Edah (Division Heads), and Programming Directors who design a summer that is safe, nurturing, and fun.
